This is one of those wonderful pieces of art that you can look at many times over and each time you do, you will see something new. Sol has hand made this blown glass piece with many layers of glass; the first few are shades of pale blues, greens, and turquoise in milky ribbons, then a layer of raspberry raindrops and on top a golden maple-sugar glaze, with an opalescent, almost mirror-like finish. It would look superb on a window sill, on a desk, or a side table where you can just stare into it!  The Orb is hollow inside, stands 3.75” (9.3 cm) high, is 3.25” (8.1cm) at its widest diameter. It weighs.9 lb (.4 K).
