Red Finch Fence Tile

This fence post tile is beautifully coloured in strong rich glazes. It would definitely be an elegant addition to a special garden. The house finch is a dark brown with a red head and black beak, she sits on a gold vine roof. The walls of the house are dark green with an embedded daisy pattern, and the 4 X 4 base is dark brown. Every component is handmade. The Tile base will fit on a standard 4 X 4 inch fence post, on the fence itself, on a wood deck railing, or anywhere else it can be safely screwed down. It is made of high fired porcelain and is durable enough to be left outside year round. Two holes are provided for anchoring; we suggest #9 wood screws. IMPORTANT: do not use a power screwdriver to affix the topper to the post, as this risks cracking the clay. Hand Screw, gently, taking care not to over tighten.
