The Tidal Pool Starfish

Reminiscent of a cool blue tidal pool with gold sand swirling in the water, this is a very handsome, hand made, blown glass starfish. This starfish sits up off the surface to allow prisms of coloured light to come through onto the surface below. You will see blue, gold and slight flecks of pink. It would make a super paperweight for your desk! Or, where ever sunlight can shine on his glorious back!
These starfish can live inside or outside – if outside, they can stay outside year round as long as they don’t “contain” water – freezing, expanding water may cause the glass to crack. Inside, they just require an occasional dusting to keep them bright, shiny and happy! Each starfish is imprinted with Sol’s mark of a heart on the under side.
The Tidal Pool Starfish is 6.5” (16.2 cm) by 6.25” (15.6 cm) and stands 1.5 “ (3.7 cm) at its tallest point. It weighs about 9 oz (255 g).
